I spent 3 wonderful days at this villa. Its spaces are quite comfortable, the host is very kind and the view of the island is stunning. I would not hesitate to recommend this place to my friends and relatives.

The villa is fresh & classically Greek
Stunning sunset view from a villa high on the hill. Swimming and chiling in the hammock, surrounded by a very diverse and interesting garden. The villa is fresh & classically Greek beautiful with all modern facilities. Private quarters and many communal atmospheric spaces. Lovely peaceful place to catch up with holiday reading or to party with your posse.

I LOVED this property, and you will too!
If you are looking for an amazing villa on Naxos, look no further. This house has PRIVACY. There are no neighbors overlooking the property. This house has views. Every balcony and seating area has a beautiful aspect. We loved having our wine (try the Malgosia white!) in a different seating area each night. This house is well located. Within 15 minutes of the house is a big grocery store and the the main port town with lots of restaurants. Within 20 minutes are several stunning beaches. The house is just off the main road to many of the towns, hikes and more beaches that you might want to explore. This house is well equipped. No matter what we wanted to cook, there was a pot or skillet for preparation. There were plenty of glasses and even different color plates on which to serve our meals. The dishwasher was appreciated. The refrigerator and freezer were of a good size. The washer works well and there were 2 drying racks outside. This house has the best host, Kristo. Kristo met us at the car rental agency (even though we were late) and showed us the way to the villa. He came by and checked on us and when we ran out of trash bags, he brought a new supply promptly. He was a gem. This house made us feel at home. It was beautifully decorated and had great mattresses and linens. The landscaping is incredible. We felt so welcomed. As you can tell I LOVED this property, and you will too!

Our stay could not have been better
From the first inquiry, Jill is one of the most responsive owners we have ever dealt with. The house itself is pretty well flawless. The grounds are sprawling and amazing, with more seating/resting/eating areas than we could even use. Everything is in good repair, and unlike so many rental properties, they actually have enough of everything. The pool is perfect. The location is amazing - close enough to Chora, the beaches, and other great villages, but feels totally secluded and private. We recommend this house 100% and would love to come back!

Absolutely amazing stay. Thank you to the owners for making sure everything was to 10/10 standards. The villa was absolutely stunning with stunning views. Cant wait to revisit and rebook in the same villa. I would highly recommend this villa for any time you can find availability. As we no when we rebooked. The availability runs out very quickly. 😁

We loved every minute of our stay at Villa Kairos. Everything had been thought of, from the tools we needed to barbecue with to the detailed book on how everything works. It's a wonderful villa, plenty of space to relax and a great pool with poolside bar. Beautiful views down towards the sea and, isolated enough not to hear any neighbours, but also close enough to walk to the nearest town for supper. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and wouldn't hesitate to recommend it.

Wonderful stay!
We had a wonderful 4 night stay on Naxos. The property was huge and perfect for our crew of 8. The villa is clean and well cared for and stocked with anything you would need in the kitchen. Location is wonderful. We enjoyed walking to town , sunsets and hanging out by the pool. I would highly recommend this property to anyone spending time on Naxos.

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine de vacances dans cette magnifique villa très spacieuse, parfaitement équipée, avec un jardin et une piscine magnifiques, et un superbe panorama. Jill et Tim ont veillé à ce que tout soit parfait ce qui fut le cas, et nous avons été très gentiment accueillis par Sascha. Le cadre est idéal pour un repos garanti !

3 familias en esta magnífica casa, súper equipada y espaciosa. Piscina, BBQ, y jardín genial.
La casa es fantástica. No nos queríamos ir. Éramos 3 familias y teníamos mucho espacio tanto dentro como fuera. La piscina súper y el jardín y la zona de terraza amplia con sitio para todos. La ubicación es maravillosa porque las playas están a 10 min con el coche y si quieres ir al centro tampoco está lejos. El hecho que no está situada en la costa se recompensa por las puestas de sol! Muy recomendable!

The house was so spacious for the 9 of us. Plenty of areas to hang out in. Very clean and great view of the island! The house manager was quick to respond to any questions and great to work with!

Vacationing in the Villa Kairos in Naxos
Large house, very clean, nice gardens and pool, great views. The property manager Sasha was extremely helpful; a friendly person who went out of his way to be of assistance from the moment we arrived at the port. He helped with the car rental, dropped by the house to make sure that all was well and helped us with dropping off the rental and getting us back to the port.
